I had a brilliant facial and I would definitely go again as it was value for money and thoroughly done. I do prefer being informed of what products are being used throughout the facial but I did not ask for this initially but will do next time. My only peeve is that one of the staff members was stood at the door way eating biscuits talking to the beautician in punjabi. I found this really unprofessional and could not relax as they were having a chit chat. I would not expect this to happen again or for anyone else in future especially when in a private room. However overall the microdermabrasion was very good and my skin feels great. Thank you.

Only given a one because you could not give a 0 .... booked 2 blow drys for an event this evening. Appalling ... if they are qualified hairdressers , I am a qualified brain surgeon 🤣🤣 never again !!!!!
