The whole experience was terrible, they ruined my hair and cut it way to short despite telling them not to. They agreed they made a mistake but would not give me a refund. They charge me for something they themselves agree they have not delivered. The whole experience was very bad and I think Treatwell should not keep Good-look-hair and beauty - Walsall on the panel as they will spoil your reputation. I would like to launch a formal complain for having unprofessional and underqualified staff.
