Poor value for money. Booked treatment that had a duration of 2hrs 5 mins was done and out in 1hr 35mins. Massages shouldn’t booked, as while they are capable the room only allows for free access to one side of your body. The other side is compromised. The staff are pleasant but they should stick to their specialties. Waxing & threading.

Not great, foot spa used was incredibly old, I seem to remember my mom having one in the 90s and it didn’t look the cleanest. Also said I would need to pay extra for parts of the treatment that are traditionally included in the treatment I chose, which wasn’t cool. The girls giving the treatment were pleasant and professional, worked the best they could with the considerably outdated equipment they had. Salon overall was unclean.

The manager is rude and hung up on me and blocked me when it tried to come to a reasonable solution to my ruined hair, they did not do a patch test causing my hair further damage as it was over bleached and above that the balayage came out looking off tone and orange. They can expect a law suit for customer neglegance and breach of health and safety for not completing a patch test causing extreme damage to my hair.
