I’ve never been to a dirtier beauty salon. Superficial service, not hygienic and unexperienced therapist.

The lady kept leaving room, there was snacks in room to me was unhygienic, there was no new sheets, space was cramped I got barely move. Treatment ladies swapped halfway and then answered personal phone midway, waited 20 minutes for employee to arrive intially.
No wonder it was so cheaply priced.

Booked on Treatwell at last minute & was pleasantly suprised with the experience & at such a good price! The room was small but cosy, I said I was a little chilly & Rajprit turned the heater on for me.... was an amazing massage very professional.

Good bits:
Swedish massage was ok, not as firm as it could have been but it was relaxing. Indian head massage was lovely and very relaxing! The lady who did my massage was very nice and friendly and regularly asked me if I was ok.
What could’ve been better:
The staff were not welcoming at all when customers were arriving, didn’t know I’d booked an appointment on Treatwell and seemed to have to get the room ready. The front of the salon looks ok but the treatment room wasn’t good at all. It was dirty and cluttered. I was told to undress but there was no towel to cover myself with so I awkwardly used my jumper. The lady did get me a towel once she came back in though. The atmosphere was not very ambient, once I put my face through the hole on the bed, I could see dirt on the floor and a box of electrical items and the bed kept clunking as the lady put pressure on.
This place has potential to be a lot nicer if the staff paid attention to the details such as having a clear out/clean of the treatment room, welcoming customers in a friendlier way and putting some relaxing music on.
