LOVE my haircut! My hair feels so healthy and is so shiny! Laura was also lovely and would definitely recommend her. The only thing I would mention (and why I have rated value as a 3) is that as I was having a few inches cut off my hair, this was priced as a ‘restyle’ so I had to pay an extra £10 over the price I pre-paid on Treatwell for a cut. I’m just a bit confused by this as I don’t see how there is any more work involved in cutting different lengths off the hair (you just cut from a different start point, surely?) but I accept that I don’t know anything about hairdressing, haha! Will definitely be back here!

Goodwins is definitely one of the best hairdressers I have been to and is going to be the only one I continue to go to. I went in for a haircut on Wednesday and from the moment I stepped foot in to the door I knew I had made the right choice as Sam and Sarah were so welcoming ! Sarah cut my hair and I am so glad that she did as she is amazing ! She continuously asked me what I wanted done with my hair and gave me a lot of good advice with what I was doing wrong with my hair. She didn’t rush me at all and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

This is a little gem of a place. From the minute I set foot in the door, I was looked after by all of the staff. They were so friendly and attentive - you can tell that they really value their customers. Sam gave me a lovely conditioning hair masque and I had a delicious hot chocolate (from a lovely drinks menu) whilst discussing my style. Both Sam and Sarah really listened to my wishes. Sarah cut and styled my hair like a dream! It is the best haircut I’ve had in years. Even after washing it at home, my hair styles so easily. For the price I paid, this was a 5 star experience, and when I left the salon I felt like I had been truly pampered. I’m already planning to rebook for my next cut.
