I bought this voucher for my mum as a pre-holiday treat. Unfortunately there was a problem with Goodwins actual salon. HOWEVER, my hairdresser actually phoned me a few days in advance from her own mobile and in her own time to explain this. THEN she told me she would do the treatments for my mum in another salon just around the corner from Goodwins! My mum was thrilled by the quaint courtyard she went into and wished she had more time to go have s coffee at the wee cafe across the yard. She was also more than happy with her haircut and was flattered that someone took the time to make sure everything went ahead just as planned despite the hiccup at the salon. What more could you ask for? , she said! Been before and we are both definitely going back to Goodwins!
