I had been to Goodwins just once before and went back because of the great service before. This time, the staff remembered me and I wasn't disappointed! My stylist chose my hair treatment to suit me- I have very thin and fine hair. It has worked a treat and I was given a free sample to take home. We discussed fully what to do regarding my hair cut. I have had the same style for 10 years! I was not st all pressurised and my stylist and I decided to work towards a completely different style in stages rather than overwhelming me with a dramatic change straight away. This time, I got a good chunk off the length of my hair and got it styled into a medium bob. My stylist then taught me how to dry my hair into a tousled style that really gives my hair volume. I am over the moon with my new hair style and am looking forward to returning to Goodwins and maybe this time I will get the fringe!

Been there before hence why I was back. Haircut wasn't as good as the first one - already mentioned not wanting an even end but still ended up with that. Won't be back again.

I'm very happy with this salon. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Sarah is a wonderful stylist and takes great care to ensure you're happy with your cut and colour. Highly recommended.

I arrived over half an hour early for my appointment completely by mistake yet was seen within 10 minutes of arriving! Sarah puts time and effort into completing the perfect blow dry, a style that most salons would need to use ghds to achieve! Never rushed and always made to look and feel great!
