Overbooked, rushed, disappointing. I’ve been visiting here for a few months and was always so pleased with the results of both manis and pedis. However, during the last few visits there have been over-bookings or no record of bookings, leaving people waiting. It’s so stressful for the staff who are taking back to back appointments, sometimes trying to manage two customers at once. It’s not a nice experience for customers or staff. It’s a real shame as this is meant to be a treat, not something that you’re rushing to get done... please consider not having so many bookings at once. I had to wait 30 mins for my appointment and the woman after me was waiting 45 mins (we had both booked ahead of time!)
