Understaffed and rushed. The cuticles are superficially trimmed and nails are unevenly filed. Had to instruct and ask to properly redo them. The staff are unwilling to spend time to do it properly. At this price, would spend else where.. many other salons in the west (mayfair, Knightsbridge ) that charges the same and get the job done perfectly. Would only go back if there’s an emergency as this salon is close by the office.
