Whilst I was getting my gel/shellac manicure the staff started to treat someone else’s nails who had an infection and then tried to resume treatment on my nails without washing her hands. I was waiting a while unnecessarily and there was an issue with hygiene. I tried to speak with the nail technician to explain how I felt but she raised her voice, make faces and didn’t give me any chance. My perfectly good mood was ruined by the experience I had here.
