I booked in to get Biab infills and even picked the colour out, then after removing most of my current nails she told me they didn’t have any colours in Biab available. I ended up getting clear Biab with gel over the top which isn’t what I wanted or booked in to get. There was another girl in there who seemed to have the same experience with not having any of the colours she wanted available
