I booked BIAB with the same person, as I loved how 'the owner' did my nails the first time. I got a completely different lady and the experience was different. She was so rough with my natural nail when taking BIAB off. She just pulled the old biab layer with one of the plastic tips, which was practically tearing parts of my real nail off along with the layer of BIAB. I asked to be more gentle with my natural nail and use a solution instead. My request was ignored - huge damage and I am upset.
