Emma was both professional and friendly, although it wasn't my first intimate wax,it was my first with her.She put me completely at ease, providing both a great waxing service and good conversation.She was quite thorough with the waxing, worked methodically, and when she required my assistance (holding things to ensure skin tightness), she explained exactly what she wanted me to do to assist the waxing.Further, at no point did I feel uncomfortable about my "non-model" type body. Will book again.

I’m a nervous client who is hopeless with pain however Mercedez immediately made me feel at ease and talked me through the process very professionally. I’d had a bad experience a few years before so was particularly hesitant to try again. No need. She finished my treatment speedily and with only the odd yelp by me, which is a miracle considering what a wimp I am 😂🤣. Have been twice now and couldn’t recommend her enough.
