Gavin was absolutely fantastic! So friendly, and actually listened to what I wanted. His understanding of my hair was incredible - even though we'd never met before. He cut it exactly how I wanted. He also explained what he was going to do before he did it, and made sure I was happy with what he was doing. I think I have FINALLY found my hairdresser! Love love love!! The rest of the staff were so friendly too, and the place has a lovely vibe and atmosphere to it. I have already booked my return visit! :-)
