Over 30 years of experience and it shows! Absolutely lovely experience and I left with results that were a 1:1 match with the photos I brought in - which never happens! Very welcoming and kind environment too. I highly recommend :D

It was disappointing that upon arrival I was told that it cost an additional £10 to have a wet cut, normally I would expect this to be built into the upfront cost. I also had to repeated ask for my hair to be cut with a middle parting, the partying was off centre. When my hair was brushed, it was quite painful - a poor quality brush was being used that was pulling on my hair and not enough detangling product applied.
