It was disappointing that upon arrival I was told that it cost an additional £10 to have a wet cut, normally I would expect this to be built into the upfront cost. I also had to repeated ask for my hair to be cut with a middle parting, the partying was off centre. When my hair was brushed, it was quite painful - a poor quality brush was being used that was pulling on my hair and not enough detangling product applied.

Came in to to trim the ends of my long hair before Christmas. Songul made sure she understood what I needed and delivered a great haircut. In addition to this she was super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back in the future
