Sou took lots of time to try and understand what I wanted and make me feel comfortable, but I’m afraid I still don’t like the end result. It felt a bit like Sou was styling my hair how she thought it should be, not what I wanted. For example, blow drying with a flick even though I always wear my hair poker straight. And not softening the layers bec she thought it would look “ratty”. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend Sou.

Had such a lovely appointment here with Sou. She’s incredibly good at what she does and a pleasure to spend an afternoon with.

I had an incredible experience, and really valued Sou's input and super caring vibe. The cut was better than I envisioned - it looks fantastic. I really love that she listened and also gave clear advice on how to achieve the look I was after. The whole experience was lovely, including the complementary massage and tasty coffee :) I'll definitely be back
