Would give 0 stars if I could. Long story short, you get (less than) what you pay for. Didn't wax eyebrows according to instructions, couldn't do nails at all ( didn't properly take off existing nail polish, did thin coat of nail polish and french manicure tips were abysmal!). Once confronted the owner (at first) was understanding and agreed on a refund, to only find out that a day later she had blocked me! Extremely unprofessional, wrongly advertises services they cannot perform, and the worst customer service I have experienced. Eventually got part of my money back through communication with Treatwell. Stay well away.

staff were friendly although there was a miscommunication as to what treatments I was receiving. The massage wasn't a calming experience. Talking throughout between the staff members. the door to the treatment room was wide open.
