I had a call at 12 mid day on the day of my appointment to say that the make up lady had got covid.Not sure why it took until mid day to let me know.The lady doing my hair didn’t even ask what style I wanted.The wash was good and my hair felt soft, but there were no products used after, including no heat protection!The hairdryer was that hot it burnt my scalp.The hair straighteners were appalling and left my hair kinked and it was just blow dried straight and no style at all. Had to re do it.

Cecila was lovely. But unfortunately my nails came off within a week and they are quite damaged now. I am really disappointed by this and feel I have wasted my money.

started off with the wax not being ready when i arrived so the appointment was just under half an hour late to start. Was taken into a very small back room which was cluttered and looked unkept. The therapist was lovely however during the wax told me how she doesn't normally do brazilian wax but the other person was not available. 2 days after i was left red raw where strip wax has been used repeatedly over the same area, i would not go again nor recommend.
