I visited based on reviews I’d seen online. I can honestly say I had such a wonderful experience!! Grace is such a wonderful person and I felt completely relaxed!! I was nervous at first because previous waxes I have had I’ve stripped off first and then put a towel over myself and then the person doing the wax enters the room. But this one she was In the room with me and was kinda casual like “okay take ya clothes off” but I did it anyway and it was sooo fine! And if I go again which I 100% will, I won’t find it awkward! But that’s mainly because of how wonderful and warming Grace is as well as having already done it once. The atmosphere was lovely, I was very comfortable. Grace was VERY chatty which is perfect while you have someone removing your hair in that area! Haha. All conversation felt genuine and nothing seemed forced which I loved. The wax itself was good! I didn’t find it very painful but I have had a few before so maybe I’m just used to it. The only reason I haven’t given the wax 5 stars was because when I got home I realised there were still a few stray hairs that had been missed, so I think next time when ‘finished’ it would be good to have a thorough check but if I’m honest most waxes I’ve had a few have been missed, I think it can be easily done. It won’t stop me from coming again though!! I think I’ve found a new place to go regularly! Thank you for such a wonderful waxing experience. Your bubbly personality made all the difference, so so SOO wonderful!! Highly recommend.
