The procedure was a bit painful but the therapist was trying to do it as fast as she can. Very warn and friendly atmosphere.
Treatment by Grace
Grace is a very nice lady who made me feel welcome and relaxed, but I was disappointed with the technique that she used for the treatment. I've been doing waxing/sugaring for a few years on and off, and it was the most painful experience by far! Skin was not prepped for the procedure, wax was applied straight away, she didn't hold the skin after waxing any area as to help with the pain, and I've never bled during this procedure before (!) - Grace didn't apply any antiseptic when I noted this either, and the-after treatment care was poor (she gave me some cream to apply myself which was too thick and didn't absorb quickly) so I am afraid but I won't be coming back.
