The staff were absolutely lovely. Unfortunately my lash lift did not go as planned.. some of my lashes are completely rolled up and curled back on themselves. I haven’t had that happen before and have had many lifts in the past

Grace is amazing - wouldn't go anywhere else in Bristol. She's always friendly, welcoming and remembers what you've chatted about before - such excellent and personal service is super rare. At the same time, she's quick and efficient with the wax and I'm happy every time with the results. Thank you Grace!

Very clean salon, almost painless waxing. Everyone was very friendly. I was really impressed by the salon's partnership with Public Health England - they have leaflets and posters about NHS smear testing, which definitely shows how much they care for their customers.
