Charlotte is very professional and will do anything she can I accommodate you. I turned up on the wrong date and I couldn’t do the date I was booked in for, but Charlotte booked me in on the date I could do without any fuss.

I booked this for my mum who has just come back with lovely nails! She said it was a wonderful experience and Charlotte did a brilliant job. As she was running 25 mins late she offered mum an upgrade to gel which was very nice. I’m looking forward to visiting myself!
