I did a balayage with Kerry and now I feel like crying every time I look in the mirror. The balayage looks yellow and orange, doesn't suit my skin tone at all. I can't believe this cost 120 pounds. Such a waste of money. She said that the yellow is due to the fact it's at the top of my head and I'll need to come back to redo this (for my own money of course) , but when I did balayage in other salon I didn't have this problem. So I doubt it's my hair. WASTE OF MONEY

First time I had visited the salon for colour and Kerys did a great match to my previous colour. Kerys took time out to ensure I was happy with the consultation and choice of colour. All in all I left the salon feeling happy with the results and would not hesitate to return to Gracie B.
