Real faff with the booking process. Got messed around with them changing my appointment twice. Once at short notice, which I wouldn’t have accepted if they’d given me a courtesy call before hand but they didn’t. I just turned up to find my re arranged appointment that wasn’t great for me had been changed again. I wouldn’t have continued with the treatment if I hadn’t have already pre paid. Don’t feel like anyone really cares about my experience. Wax itself was great. But everything else wasn’t.
