I had a haircut done at your salon on the 10th by Chloe. I'm HIGHLY disappointed. Not only did she chop off my hair a lot more than I'd asked for, she also lied about what she had done. I'd asked to get a V shape cut. At the end, I did say it didn't look like a V but she said she had done a very "subtle" V. Multiple people later told me, it's been chopped off very straight. Very efficient and friendly; asked what I wanted and then delivered. I arrived a bit early, but not a problem. The salon was clean and bright, looked quite busy on a Friday morning. Offers a wide range of hair and beauty services. Kerys was lovely and the cut was fine; didn’t have the blow dry as was intending to colour at home following the cut. All good, would definitely return and recommend.

I wanted to go for a hairstyle that I wasn’t really sure about, so I asked Kerys for her suggestion and what she thought about it. She helped me figure it out and did a great job with my haircut. Was a really nice experience overall.
