Gracie was lovely and made me feel at ease. However, the wax was quite painful and when I got home realised quite a lot of hair had been missed and lots of wax left behind.

Gracie is quite pleasant, and she makes you comfortable before she starts, the room is airy and light and pretty clean and comfortable to be in, overall I am quite happy with my lash results.
