I attended for a sports massage to help with pain and tightness in my right knee due to osteoarthritis using warm oils and deep massage.
The massage was painful sometimes as Gracie worked on the areas that were very tight. As Gracie worked she reassured me that the painful areas were known as trigger points and the pain response was to be expected. She finished with a soothing massage with warm oils. Gracie was friendly and professional.
The next day my knee felt freer and more comfortable.

I’ve had my lashes done with Gracie a few times, and most recently for my birthday. I absolutely loved them, as always! She even suggested to mix in a few different lash lengths to make them look extra special for my birthday and I can’t get enough of them. I usually suffer with a bit of lower back pain and Gracie was so accommodating she even gave me a bolster pillow to go under my knees which was an absolute game changer. Thank you Gracie!
