Gracie was lovely and made me feel really at ease. The wax was quite painful and the strip did not always come off easy at times. Wax was applied differently to a professional shop…and I was left with hair and a fair bit of wax on my legs from the appointment. I also did not bring change and only had notes, Gracie did not have any change to accommodate my payment.
