I booked an appointment with Violeta. When I arrived, she told me she was running 30 mins late and asked if I could return at the same time tomorrow. Having walked 25 mins across town to get there, I would’ve appreciated a phone call at any point prior to my appointment to let me know that information so I could’ve turned round. Really disappointed so went to a walk-in appointment on Park St instead.
