Violeta is amazing. I had a balayage and treatment done. I booked this appointment with the thought of adding blonde strands to balayage and ashy tone to my roots, however my hair had been processed too many time last year,leaving it drastically dry.Violeta didn’t hesitate to mention my hair was too dry to lighten the color more after the balayage, as I wanted it. She comforted me by advising to wait a couple month to go lighter and did best she could, my hair color is now gorgeous, loving it!

I made an appointment for a haircut and my experience was great! Violeta was friendly and welcoming, she listened to what I wanted for my hair and took the time to make it happen. The salon is beautiful and has a great vibe. Also, I am happy to say that everything looked very clean and they follow covid guidelines. Along with my haircut I also got a hair conditioning treatment and it was totally worth it, my hair not frizzy anymore!

Great men's haircut. I chose graffiti hair after some alarming experiences in other salons where noone was wearing masks. I was very reassured by the measures in place against Covid. Very clean and professional.

Absolutely horrified & truly gutted.
Violeta didn’t even welcome me in, just told me to sit here (at an wash basin in the corner, although the salon was empty). No conversation initiated nor did she respond. I wasn’t asked what I wanted from my cut, she did as she wanted. Appointment time 45minutes (wash, cut & blowdry) I was in and out in 21 with part dried hair. Approx 10 minutes wash, 5 minute cut and 5ish to blowdry. To top it off I have been left with product buildup. Very Very unhappy
