I really enjoyed my wash, cut and blow dry with Sara after my shift at the BRI. She is friendly and gentle and helpful and I’m really happy with my haircut and how it’s shows off my balayage.

Layla was concentrating more on singing to the music than doing my hair. As a result it looked very frizzy at the bottom and flat on top. Rather than fixing it Layla blamed poor result on my hair type. Made a very insensitive comment that I don't have much hair. Needs to learn how to deal with fine color treated hair and speak to customers nicely, not rude and abrupt.
