This is my second visit to Ela as my usual lady is away for a couple of months. I found my experience very very good. Ela is very professional and very attentative. The room is exceptionally clean, very relaxing and there is even a heat pad under the towels and paper on the therapy bed. This made my experience even more relaxing. I would highly recommend booking with Ela, needless to say I will not be going back to my usual lady when she returns. Five stars

Perfect eyebrow threading. My eyebrows are thin in places so I’ve struggled to get a good look the way I like it.. other salons have not achieved such a great finish as Ela. Really really happy with it
Ela also fitted me in for a back, neck and shoulder massage afterwards which really really helped after being in pain/discomfort for quite awhile. Great pressure and technique and the smell of lavender really helped me relax! Much needed during a stressful period for me. Thanks Ela :-)
