Efficient and friendly team on the day! Jason booked my appointment and I was late...25 minutes to be exact. Jason greeted me on arrival and was very polite and the most important bit was that he didn't turn me away (thank you Jason). I was then handed over to a young lady called Sasha and she took care of my colour application which was handled slowly and carefully which was good. Sasha also did my blow dry which was again done well (thank you Sasha). Music was great, old classic motown tracks and very laid back. It was my first time at Gravity Hair and it won't be my last.

Great and friendly place. Right across from the tube station, so very easy to access. Most importantly, my cut was brilliant highly recommended!

Excellent hair cut by Jason, great salon with very relaxed vibe. Jason was very knowledgable and gave me great advice about how to best care for my hair. Would absolutely visit again and highly recommended to others.

Average, not a very friendly hair dresser. Listen to what I wanted but possibly didn't understand 100% not sure I would return
