Very nice staff, nice place. The treatment was very good, would definitely recommend. I had the treatment done by two stylists but not a problem for me at all. Overall great experience !

Had my first Brazilan blow dry with a root tint. The treatment took a little longer than expected but the staff were really nice and helpful. They offered plenty of coffee top ups and weren't pushy on selling their own retail products which was a refreshing change.
The service was not great. Sat there waiting for 15 minutes before staff acknowledged me and that they were running late. Receptionist was clueless. Good blow dry but the place didn't feel professional

I've had a wonderful experience at Gravity Hair & Beauty, thanks to Hena, the beautician who works in this salon. I am so impressed with the highly professional service I've received from her. Such a positive person, who completes her job to a high standard. The back, neck and shoulder massage was probably the best I've ever had.
I will definitely return to this place in the future!
I had an extremely quick response from the salon when I booked with Wahanda and was able to settle an appointment time without any hassle. When I arrived at the salon I did not have to wait at all and was seen to immediately. The salon was clean, quiet and comfortable and I was very pleased with the result of the haircut which came out exactly as I had asked. The stylist was very friendly, professional and pleasant. I enjoyed the experience and felt it was good value for money.
