The staff were all welcoming and friendly. However, the sink that they washed my hair in was quite dirty and made me feel uncomfortable.

A mix up occurred between Wahanda and myself which left me waiting 30 mins for my appointment. Helena the therapist was brilliant, calm, cool and professional throughout although it was a really busy friday night for her, she moved her appts to accomodate me. What a lovely woman and her waxing was fast and efficient. Recommended.
Ladies' Waxing
Whilst the customer service was not great (no magazines, tea about 30 minutes in served in a weird builders mug) I was very pleased with the conditioning treatment which left my hair glossy and the cut was also very good. The stylist listened to what I said and did a brilliant job so thank you!

Although it seemed like a very long appointment, the overall service was excellent and the hairdresser gave a really good cut - she listened carefully and gave me the exact style I asked for.
