I purchased the conditioning treatment with haircut and blow dry for Gravity and headed over on a Saturday afternoon. They are conveniently located by Ladbroke Grove and I was surprised to find them not that busy on a Saturday afternoon. The salon itself is nice but starting to look a little dated and could use some paint touch ups here and there to make it look fresh again. All of the staff is lovely, I was offered water/tea/coffee on arrival, which is absolutely find as I think wine at a hair salon is a bit over the top. I was seen to in a timely fashion and accommodated even though I was 15 minutes late. My hairdresser is a gentleman that's been at the salon for over 15 years! He's obviously very knowledgable about hair and was unintimidated by my large amount of frizzy curly hair which had gotten to a point where it is completely shapeless due to a series of expensive but awful haircuts! The styling took some time but only because the hairdresser was meticulous in what he was doing, and in the end it looks great!
I saw the staff interacting with other clients and they were all very friendly and positive, giving it the feel of being in your local hairdresser. I'd definitely recommend a visit at this price.

As usual was treated extremley well by Jason and his Staff from start to finish. Kept well topped up with tea, and plenty og magazines to read. I would highly recommend anyone who is in the area to call in and try this salon out. Next time I am going to have a manicure as well really treat myself.

Nice spot near Ladbroke Grove tube. Staff were efficient but there didn't seem enough of them on the saturday i went as i was left with treatment on for longer than necessary whilst my stylist had to finish up with another customer. Really liked my haircut and its reasonably good value. I would visit again.

I arrived early for my appointment with Zaneta who immediately went about washing my hair. I went for a haircut, treatment and blow dry for 25 pounds and had a lovely time. I did feel as if I had been left on my own for a little too long when the treatment was left in my hair as the whole appointment lasted 1hours 45 mins rather than an hour. The blow dry was great and had lot's of volume but did not stay, by the end of the evening most of the volume was gone.

Hi, I really liked the staff here very friendly. The actual massage was quite poor I thought, the therapist was lovely so I am inclined to be generous with me review by saying there are far better places to go to for a massage. The pressure was weak and techniques quite basic.
