Always love my visits to Gravity. Good coffee or mint tea brought to you when you arrive, an excellent conditioning treatment, great blow dry, nails painted and lovely staff who are sensitive enough to know when the clients want to chat or just close their eyes............... Would thoroughly recommend Gravity for all hair colouring, cutting, styling and the beauty and wellbeing treatments offered.

it was easy to find very close to the tube nice clean venue and helpful lady therapist good time availability too !
Last minute appointment for haircut/blow dry. Very pleased with cut and personnel were a pleasure. Would return for another appointment!

The staff were all welcoming and friendly. However, the sink that they washed my hair in was quite dirty and made me feel uncomfortable.

A mix up occurred between Wahanda and myself which left me waiting 30 mins for my appointment. Helena the therapist was brilliant, calm, cool and professional throughout although it was a really busy friday night for her, she moved her appts to accomodate me. What a lovely woman and her waxing was fast and efficient. Recommended.
