This is my third visit to the salon. They give really good haircuts. That is why I always go back. and the guy (Jason) who cuts my hair is really friendly and enjoyable to chat to . it is the best hairdressers I have EVER been to- and I'm 24!!!
This was by far the best massage I've ever had, Nena was brilliant, just the right amount of pressure and made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. It felt like a lot longer than the 30 mins it was and at the price of a bottle of wine I know what I would rather be spending my money on! I could have fallen asleep right there, and left feeling all the tension of the week gone. I will definitely be going back, great location too!
Another massive bonus is that I booked this on a whim at 4ish on a Friday for a 7pm appointment, it's great to know if my neck is a bit stiff I can be seen on the day! The only thing is that you can hear the hairdressers upstairs, but I only noticed this right towards the end and it really didn't bother me in the slightest!

I was 5-10 min late and they didnt even bat an eyelid... thats my first thumbs up. The salon was bright and clean and they served me a refreshment as soon as my cup was empty. :) I love being offered even if I dont need a drink. My Keratin treatment was successful- and they didnt once mention that my hair was too long (I always get this) and that I would need to pay any extra. No fuss salon and friendly staff. Zaneta did a great job on my hair and I hope to visit again. Another good thing about the treatment is that you only need to wait 24hrs before washing. Other places are like a few days which means I cant go to gym or sweat- like ever. So this was a good change...
I went to Gravity about 4 days ago at 5pm on Friday and had a keratin hair treatment. Despite an estimated time of 3 hours, the treatment took only 2 hours (even with my hair being in terrible condition!) They even gave my hair a trim free of charge, which was really kind of them. I washed my hair last night for the first time and my hair was in much better condition and instead of being curly, it had a nice relaxed wave. It has definitely made my hair a lot more manageable - I would definitely recommend these treatment to others!
Am very fussy with who does my hair and the cut and am usually very nervous when trying a new place. I had a great experience at Gravity. The lovely Lithuanian girl who cut my hair, was very sweet, polite and listened to the way I wanted to cut my hair. She was very thorough and I was very pleased with the outcome. The location is very easy to get to, almost across the street from the Ladbroke grove tube, which made travel easy. Overall was very pleased with the cleanliness of the salon and the services I received. Will return!!
