The salon was fine, nice and clean. The hairdresser who I think was the owner was really nice and friendly. The haircut was ok, but I felt like he didn't really listen to what I wanted, and I left feeling ok, but annoyed with myself for letting myself be talked out of a fringe that I really wanted and that he hadn't taken out some of the weight of my hair as Id asked. A good but not great cut - I'm not sure I would go back.
This is the second time I've been to this salon; I will go again as I think it is my new hairdresser! I specifically requested Jason who is very good but actually got someone else; I don't remember the name, but she was also very good. My hair looked really nice for the first couple of weeks after the cut which is unusual as it usually needs time to 'settle'
A very good hairdresser; the stylists are talented and don't cut your fringe or ends too short like most places do.

I had a Brazilian Keratin treatment done and even though I have fine hair it has only lasted approx. 5 weeks even after using the correct shampoo! the stylist was the only one there and managed to cut another clients hair and answer phones during my appointment!! made not effort whats so ever to discuss how to take care of my treatment(although I already knew after having it done before). I will not go back!!!
I have particularly frizzy curly hair and have had the same treatment in a number of places. This was probably the best experience. The staff were pleasant and gave very useful advice on my hair in general. I also appreciated that they were not doing a 'hard sell', which has encouraged me to go back and recommend it to my sister. The treatment worked well on my hair and I was also delighted that the version of the treatment they used meant I didn't have to wait the minimum 4 days to wash/tie up/exercise.

The staff was extremely friendly, and Jason, who cut my hair, gave recommendations on how much he thought I should take off for healthy-looking hair. I was nervous but I let him cut more than I'd initially intended and I couldn't be happier. He did a phenomenal job! He seemed very relaxed and took his time cutting and blowdrying which I appreciated. The salon was clean and bright. A great experience at Gravity!
