Always happy with my hair when I go to Grays. The doggies and cool decor make it relaxed and everyone is so friendly- what’s not to like

I am not generally a fan of going to the hairdressers and have not been going since covid arrived, so I was a little apprehensive but I really had no need to worry. As soon as I arrived, the staff on the desk were so welcoming and friendly and I was greeted by the lovely dogs! Nikki was my hairdresser and she really put me at ease, she chatted to me about what I wanted and made suggestions. It was a great experience and I am so super happy with my haircut. I shall definitely return! :)
