Tried Grays for the first time as very local. Managed to get a very last minute appointment and Mitchell was fantastic. So down to earth and lovely. The staff are the friendliest I've ever come across in a salon, I usually hate going to the hairdressers, it can be a very daunting experience but Grays is lovely. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Mitchell did a really great job on taming my overgrown lockdown mane. Definitely my new go to hairdressers now. Thank you all!

My first time visiting this salon and it won't be my last. Lovely atmosphere and even friendlier staff. I'm normally really nervous going to the hairdressers but i was put straight at ease. Best cut and blow dry that I've had in years. Thank you
