She knew I wanted a slight change in hair tone and went through the colour chart for me but nothing suited what I wanted so I trusted Emily’s expertise to combine a few colours together and she couldn’t have made a better match to the picture I showed her! I’m obsessed. I didn’t opt for a cut this time as Emily provided a great trim 10 weeks prior and felt I didn’t need it as Emily takes great care in maintaining good hair conditioning whilst colouring. But style was great and just what I wanted
