Amazing haircut as always with Jodie, who had to fix some very wonky layers from a trainee cut at a local college. Love visiting Gray’s as everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is great.

It was quite a while ago that I visited Gray’s, but I cried afterwards. I had described the kind of thing I wanted but it really was not a good cut, or style. Also I don’t know if the problem has been rectified, but there was no boiler on site so hot water was from a kettle?? Also when I arrived for my appointment, I waited a good 40 minutes. I understand appointments overrun and I wouldn’t have minded, however nobody acknowledged me, told me what was happening, I was just sat there like a right numpty. Needless to say - haven’t been back.
