I must start by saying that I am a massive fan of Champneys in Tring, having been a regular guest there for many years, and couldn't help comparing this (unfavourably). It just feels like a poor version. It's much, much smaller and I was bored here after about an hour. I had a cold so I was feeling a bit tired. Luckily for me the weather was sunny so I went outside and laid on a sun lounger. To my delight there were lots of cute rabbits hopping around. Unfortunately due to the proliferation of bunnies there was rabbit poo everywhere, and it ended up all over my slippers (yuk). Having said that, the food was excellent and I appreciated the peace and tranquility and have no doubt that i would get better in no time if I stayed here for a while longer.
This is the second time that I have visited the Grayshott and we really enjoyed our little break with my friend. I would 100% recommend the place and specially the amazing buffet lunch. You can also take a long walk in the National trust land behind the hotel and complete your leisure day with the great satisfaction.
fantastic day from beginning to end. Arrived at 9a.m left at 6p.m, not a moment wasted. All the staff were most helpful & friendly. I tried a Shiatsu massage for the first time,it was marvellous, felt at least a foot taller afterwards. Would go back tomorrow.
Grayshott is a beautiful spa in a lovely countrysite, the atmosphere is relaxed and calm, which my friend and I really needed! we had lovely food (super fresh and healthy) and our treatments were fantastic! loved the whole experience and have already recommended it to my friends!
