Never again would I go to this salon. Was hugely disappointed to have booked keratin treatment with Jina, but was handed to a trainee without explanation despite arriving on time for the appointment. Jina did minimal work at the end, and instead used my appointment seemingly as a training session. The outcome was a mediocre treatment that won't last given it's already showing signs of frizz. It was a bait and switch with providers. Nice woman but she didn't know what she was doing.
