Unfriendly staff. Receptionist was hastling me for the date of the day meanwhile she had her laptop and phone in her hand. (I didn't have my watch on).
Carla was stand-off-ish, unwelcoming and when my eyes were twitching (which happens sometimes with fake lashes), was not clam or helpful in the situation. Not impressed with the overall look but wanted to leave as felt so uncomfortable.
