This is my 5th time visiting this salon with the same type of booking (long and thin hair) always paying the same. Jina is amazing but today she was busy. Someone else who I haven’t met before said that my hair was too dry trying to sell me a treatment in a very rude manner and also the same lady charged me an extra 10£ because apparently she thinks my hair is thick (it isn’t) but I didn’t want to argue. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back, it felt very unwelcoming.

The hairdresser was very friendly and gave a good scalp wash and I got a Bob trim done. They advised on the length and checked regularly.
