To start with, the venue resceduled my appointment with different nail technician without my knowledge of the change of staff. As I had no other option I agreed to get my nails done. It took her almost 2 hours to complete my nail plus some nails was not aligned well
When I asked her she said I have short nails hence she did her best, Carla the girl who did my nail previously was amazing and had no issue, furthermore I was charged £5 more for the type of gel she used. I will never go back again.
