I arrived for my appointment expecting a blowout, but was informed they could only accommodate a rough dry due to a subsequent booking. Although I agreed to this, my hair was left almost damp, which was particularly inconvenient on one of the coldest days in January. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, the overall experience lacked professionalism. Additionally, the salon's cleanliness did not meet the standard one would typically expect from a hair establishment.
