At my last visit I had a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately after only three days my fingernails were already in poor condition. I contacted the manager immediately and shared photos of the issue. She told me she would get back to me, but I never received a follow‑up.
This has happened before, so I am concerned that the materials used may not be of good quality.
