I paid on treatwell for a root bleach, then when i got to the salon they demanded £15 more and said my roots where too long so I agreed although nothing was written about this online. Then i asked that the hair stylist avoid my ends as they are damaged and he said okay as it’s a root bleach anyway he won’t do that. Then he proceeded to ‘bleach’ my hair. It seemed okay at the start, he started at the back, then when he got to the front he put the bleach at the top 4cm of my roots first (makes no
