He didn't brush off the hair from my face after the haircut, and I only realised I had hair all over my face after returning home... It was so embarrassing.

Overall, it was not a great experience. After waxing, she let me remove the wax myself and didn't seem too keen to touch intimate areas too much. I left the salon with lots of wax between my cheeks and on my bikini.
I could tell the technique wasn't very professional; she ripped off the wax in unusual directions, which caused more pain than most waxing I've experienced.
The waxing space is crammed against a wall, which makes it very hard for the therapist to wax you properly.
