Very disappointed with their customer service - very unprofessional. Had a haircut and asked for it to be shorter and they said no they didn’t have time and I would have to pay again for another haircut.

The location is good as I am living in Chelsea but the appearance of the salon not very pleasant.My hairdressers name was John and he wasn't very talkative but did goid job with my hair.
