I asked for volume and instead my hair was blow dried to be flat, no conditioner was used when washing My hair and she cut my layers poorly

They advertised the treatment but it turns out they are not trained to do it. Why advertise something you can’t do? Poor business practice. It caused me an inconvenience finding another salon.
