Had a wet cut with John. Efficient, professional service and got exactly the cut I was after. Very relaxing shampoo and head massage from Sheema! Also got a pedicure whilst I was there, which was also excellent. Very good value and great service with friendly staff.

I had full head of highlights made, however the end result was not great. My hair was left over processed and the colour ended up being more yellowish than the light colour I wanted. Also face masks were not used by all staff members as they are meant to be used. Some had it as a neck scarf and others only covered mouth but not nose which was a bit annoying sense customers do need to use facemasks.

As always, I left dekighted with the service and the haircut. I had really long hair and had a complete makeover by cutting a short bob. It was exactly what I wanted and I'm super happy
