They arrived 15/20 mins late and I was the first appointment of the day. If you cant be there at opening time, have your first appointment to be later. Shouldnt mean I have to wait when I had work. THEN they claimed hollywood waxing didn’t include bikini line, which ive literally never experienced elsewhere. Doesnt state this on their page. So unprofessional
