Firstly I want to say that they did a good job with threading my eye brows and upper lip and it was not painful at all! It was the overall experience that makes me give it a 3.
When I arrived there the lady wasn't really aware of my booking. As soon as I showed her my Treatwell appointment she was fine with that though. During my appointment 2 more people arrived, one of them had a similar problem where she said she had an appointment but the lady was claiming that she didn't. She stopped half way doing my eye brows to have a conversation with this customer which was a bit uncomfortable for me. She did apologise to me for doing that but it was just an odd experience.

Really quick and fuss-free haircut, just what I wanted, and friendly staff. Very pleased with my visit.
Ladies' Haircuts
The service was good and quick, the only thing was I booked for a £7 service with a discount, and when I paid at the till they charged me the full £10.
