Extremely chaotic and bad quality hair dry. Inexperienced. Kept on leaving me to tend to other customers. Bad blow dry - do it better myself.

They didn't recognise my booking online but were very kind and gave me a £10 voucher for next time. Very sweet lady and pain-free wax!

Really friendly staff and a very good wax. Not painful and all hair was gone, which I was very pleased with as I had been shaving for the months before and didn't expect to be so smooth afterwards! Very pleased with both treatments I received and the customer service. Will definitely return.
